Rental maintenance

Position: Handyworker / Rental Maintenance

Location: Chickasha, OK

Job Description: Works in teams and independently to perform maintenance repairs to rental units.

Responsibilities:

• Identify standard issues that require attention, repair, or replacement within rental units
• Assist in the performance of remodeling, renovations, and standard repairs to flooring, dry-wall, electrical, plumbing, etc.
• Common activities include sanding, painting, re-finishing, installing, holding items, etc.
• Repairs assigned will be dependent on the chosen candidate's existing skill set, experience, and trainability

Experience/Credentials and Qualifications:

• Previous experience performing home repairs is preferred
• Must be over the age of 18
• Drivers License Required

Compensation will be based on the amount of previous experience and/or education possessed by the candidate. Our hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday. We retain the right to reject a candidate if they do not agree to comply with our corporate policies and procedures. Excessive use of cellphones while on the clock will not be tolerated.
