We are looking for a Mechanic to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Mechanics build components and determine dimensions and torques using calipers, torque wrenches and other measuring equipment. Mechanics use testing equipment such as OHM meters and pyrometers and various bench testing appliances. Mechanics must use solvent washing tanks to clean parts prior to assembly, and apply paints, primers or coatings to the finished products
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a mechanic
- Detailed Assembly of helicopter components using hand tools, presses and fasteners in accordance with manufacturing procedures acceptable to or approved by the FAA
- Install engine accessories i.e., alternator, oil coolers, lines and ducting onto turbine and piston engines
- Muffler assemblies, oil system assemblies, fan wheels, push-pull tube assemblies
- Strong mechanical attitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read and comprehend Quality Manuals, Operating Procedures Manuel and Repair Station Manuel, and Assembly Orders, and Blueprint
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
