What are the responsibilities and job description for the Service Coordinator position at Robison Oil?
The Service Coordinator role provides support to the Service department and assist members in reaching sales targets by performing the following duties:
Duties and Responsibilities
· Providing billable service/flat rate/T&M letters to customers based on workload.
· Ensuring all letters are also posted to ESYS and saved in a digital file format.
· Responding to customer questions, getting tickets to/from managers, customer service emails, general emails.
· Run Credit Cards for jobs that require recurring payments.
· Scheduling or sending a letter, printing copies, creating a folder, posting the quote, emailing/mailing letter, memo the account and scanning the ticket into the file etc.
· Handle scheduling of VA surveys as necessary
· Collecting and appropriately updating accounts with proper filter information in engineering field (ie: filter sizes along with Filter Fetch codes).
· Call every customer daily to go over that was sent that day.
· Send schedule to all Managers, Dispatch and Warehouse for jobs scheduled the next day.
· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED and two to five years of office administration experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers or other employees of an organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percentage.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to diagnose and resolve multiple issues.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, high computer proficiency and literacy
Having great communication skills
Ability to work in multiple applications in fast paced environment.
Working Environment
This position works in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
