Our Moderation Team is dedicated to protecting Roblox users and developers from those who want to do harm online and IRL while also supporting a rapidly growing. We are looking for someone to oversee a globally dispersed team of moderators in an efficient and personable manner.
You will report to the Asset Compliance Team Manager on our world-class Trust & Safety team.
You Will:
- Manage moderation of hundreds of experiences per hour, ensuring workload is evenly distributed and troubleshooting problems as they arise
- Analyze metrics and provide analysis to manager and senior leaders
- Manage and mentor a diverse and highly skilled technical team of experienced moderators, in a globally dispersed remote environment
- Support engineers to develop new tools and scripts to continually update or improve our bad game detection processes
You Have:
- Experience and a passion for the metaverse on Roblox or similar platforms
- 2 years of experience in community moderation
- Ability to manage and provide input to several teams and workflows throughout the day
- Ability to see the big picture and make decisions that support the long view
- The ability to identify team needs, and the initiative to get stuff done

Salary : $125,060 - $148,950
