Social Media Coordinator

The Social Media Coordinator will lead dynamic, engaging social media efforts and assist with other marketing tasks for a diverse array of clients. In this position, you will have direct client contact alongside the Account Executives, and will play an integral role in ensuring clients’ needs are met, and expectations are exceeded. You will be hands-on in meeting and communicating with, and reporting to the client, while also strategizing and delegating tasks internally to team members and providing constructive feedback.

Candidate’s primary responsibilities:

  • Develop and curate engaging social media content for clients across various social platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X
  • Help clients maintain a unified brand voice across social media platforms and other marketing efforts
  • Strategize and execute paid social media advertising campaigns
  • Track progress of and optimize social media campaigns using tools including Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
  • Assist Account Executives with other marketing tasks as needed for clients
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign development
  • Help manage multiple client deadlines and priorities across internal departments
  • Communicate with and provide superior customer service to clients
  • Participate in drafting and presenting proposals/pitches to potential new clients
  • Conduct continual research to stay on the cusp of social media marketing trends and share learnings with the team

Minimum requirements:

  • Four-year degree, preferably in Communications, Advertising/Marketing, or related field
  • 2 years social media management for business accounts
  • Experience with Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
  • Proficiency with photo and video editing tools
  • Effective time management skills with the ability to switch between multiple clients and projects with ease
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills
  • Strong writing skills
  • Commitment to customer service
  • Professional demeanor with proven ability to maintain positive relationships with clients, teammates, and other stakeholders
  • Superior organization skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Comfortable with Mac Computers

Preferred qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Google Ads
  • Google Analytics certification
