Responsibilities
· Become familiar with general oil and gas construction and maintenance
· General upkeep of locations as well as repairs to equipment
· Become familiar with hand tool required for general construction and general maintenance jobs
· Completes field operations in according with ROC Service Company EHS policies and procedures
· Always maintain good interpersonal and customer relationship o Immediately report all accidents to EHS Group
· Make certain that all required personal protective equipment is being used
· Assure that JSEA’s are conducted at beginning of each shift change out and that a JSEA will be conducted when job scope changes
· Assure that all Procedures are followed to avoid accidents, damage to the equipment, and harm to the environment
· Performs other labor functions as directed
Required skills and qualifications
· Valid driver’s license preferred
· Confined space certification preferred (training will be provided)
· Experience in gas processing or production facility work, manufacturing or construction is a plus
· Willing/able to work in all weather conditions
· Willingness to adapt and be a team player in various environments and situations (service environment)
· Self-motivated and able to remain productive without immediately present supervision
· Bi-lingual is a plus but not required
Preferred skills and qualifications
· Lifting (up to 50lbs), Pipe Carry, Overhead Reach
· Wrenching, Sitting, Squatting, Pulling, Kneeling, Bending, Pushing, Downward force/motion, Shoveling, Climbing (steps, ladder, in and out of vehicles)
