DATA ENTRY CLERK
DEPARTMENT OVERVIEWSUMMARY:Employee is responsible for general clerical duties, including daily task, and updating inventory.EMPLOYEE JOB DUTIES:
- Complete paperwork, computer tasks, and data entry
- Updating inventory
- Work with faxes and copies
- Consistent filing
- Answering phone calls and emails
- Assisting in any other areas deemed necessary
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Sit for long periods of time
- Bend, squat, climb stairs and lift frequently
- Work in hot/cold temperatures
SAFETY REQUIREMENTS:
All employees must read and sign Safety Rules and Maintenance Safety Rules, complete welcome packet, given a pair of safety glasses and ear protection (as needed).
TRAINING REQUIREMENTS:
- Encompix Software
- Inventory Report Systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma
- Strong Communication Skills
- Organizational Skills
- Good Math and Number Skills
- Strong Computer Skills with Excel, Word, Encompix
- 1-3 Years Experience in Data Entry
Job Type: Full-time
