Your opportunity

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责 :

Develop product/product group marketing plan /产品组市场计划 Perform a range of activities for assigned product/product group such as conducting market research, setting price, launching new products, monitoring sales performance and develop & execute promotional activities. , 有效推广指定产品, 如市场研究, 产品发展和设计, 定价, 新产品上市,销售绩效. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate domestic and international market trends, competitor activity to identify market opportunities for the product. , 分析和评估国内外市场趋势和竞争活动, 发现市场机会, 调整市场策略和计划 Monitor, analyze, and evaluate product performance and customer. , 分析和评估产品绩效和客户反馈 Design sales campaigns and sales collateral for the product strategy that are effective and appropriate for the target audience. , 确保目标客户获得有效, 一致, 符合市场策略的资料 Develop and maintain Key Opinion Leaders for product/product group. /产品组相关的关键意见领导 Develop career and development plan for subordinates; if any (如有) Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager

Conduct business in full compliance including but not limited to Roche Secure, Roche Behavior in Business, Roche Competition Law Interactive Dialogues, Roche Safety, Security Health and Environmental Protection

Understand and fulfill the responsibility of line manager's SHE tasks and duties (as defined in SHE handbook) SHE职责（详见SHE手册相关定义）

Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:

Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:

Bachelor or master Degree in Clinical Medicine or other Appropriate Science

MBA in Marketing will be a plus.

Proficiency in both spoken and written English

Good command of MS office software application

Product & marketing expertise

Experience工作经验:

Multi-national companies experience at managerial level for at least 5years. 年以上外企管理经验 At least 8 years’ experience in healthcare industry. 年以上医疗行业工作经验 At least 5 years’ experience in product management. 年以上产品管理经验 Marketing and business development experience will be a plus.
