WE’RE HIRING!

Rochester’s Cornerstone Group is seeking to hire a

 Administrative Assistant $18- $21/hr, based on experience.

in the Buffalo Region

You will assist with day-to-day administrative responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • Answering the phone, assisting walk-ins, filing, scheduling appointments.
  • Communicating with residents and interested residents.
  • Collecting rent, processing billing statements, posting payments, and depositing receipts.
  • Processing move-out paperwork, security deposits and work orders.
  • Creating application packets and entering applicants into system.
  • Ordering and maintaining administrative office supplies.
  • Working professionally and cooperatively with the team.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Bi-lingual preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, time management, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to communicate professionally and respectfully at all times.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Prior experience working in property management a plus!
