Appointment Setter, BDC Rep.

Rochester Toyota needs to hire full-time Appointment Setters, BDC (Business Development Center) Reps, to answer internet and telephone questions from potential customers seeking vehicle information, pricing, availability, and more! Your goal is to schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team so we can sell them a vehicle. You will also schedule appointments for auto service repair/maintenance.

Responsibilities - Appointment Setter, BDC:

• Using a script to guide your response, answer internet and telephone requests from potential customers seeking vehicle information, pricing, availability, and more!
• Schedule several appointments/day for potential customers to meet with our dealership's sales team so we can sell them a vehicle
• Schedule service appointments for auto repair/maintenance
• Follow up with 'no shows' to reschedule appointments
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily
• Participate in team & process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams, and dealership management

Qualifications - Appointment Setter, BDC:

• An enthusiastic 'people person' that's motivated to succeed!
• Good customer service skills and experience
• Good communication skills and work ethic
• Strong computer skills
• Team participant
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
