Job Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated product manager to help grow our patient engaging product portfolio focused on driving digital engagement and improving financial outcomes. This Senior Product Manager will own a portion of our product portfolio, set strategy, define a feasible roadmap, and ensure execution is successful through early customer adoption. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Own a portion of our product portfolio from strategy through early customer adoption. Be the associated product expert.
- Define goals, desired business outcomes, target customers/users, and success metrics.
- Perform discovery using design thinking, to identify customer/user needs, validate hypotheses, iterate potential solutions, and support business cases.
- Define roadmaps, value propositions, features, and user stories. Act as product owner on SCRUM teams, groom backlogs, and ensure cross-team collaboration.
- Manage key product development milestones and collaborate with colleagues on commercialization, go-to-market, and launch.
- Develop and execute (in conjunction with Company management) operational strategies for the Company.
- Define roadmaps, value propositions, features, and user stories. Act as product owner on SCRUM teams, groom backlogs, and ensure cross-team collaboration.
- Manage key product development milestones and collaborate with colleagues on commercialization, go-to-market, and launch.
- Meet regularly with customers/users, and track market trends and competitors. Drive on-going validation and learning through quantitative and qualitative research.
- Proactively identify, capture, and prioritize new ideas for future roadmap consideration.
- Organize and represent Company at professional conferences, as directed by Company management.
- Monitor and report on operational activities and provide relevant information to Company management.
- Attending meetings and other functions necessary to perform duties and assisting in business development for the Company, including assisting in launching a certain data collection software.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of Product Management experience
- Healthcare experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products
- Experience with information technology products
- Have a drive for results, competitive spirit, and self-accountability for the achievement of company goals.
- Proven success across past career positions
