Rock Solid Care Assistant
The role of a Rock Solid Care Assistant is to provide a positive, engaging, and safe environment for students before and aftercare school. Rock Solid Care follows the Stroudsburg School District Calendar.
The responsibilities of the Rock Solid Assistant are:
- Engages with students in the morning and afternoon facilitate homework time, playing games, or other activities during free play
- Assists with facilitating games, activities, and special theme days
- Monitors when students arriving or departing and greets families for drop off and pick up
- Assists with putting students on the bus in the mornings and getting students off the bus at the end of the day
- Be a positive model and help students interact with each other in positive ways
- Cover ACT 80 days (Stroudsburg school district)
Requirements
- Clearances
- Physical with TB Test
- 12 hours of training
- 18 years old
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.50 - $12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 25 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Experience:
- Childcare: 1 year (Preferred)
