What it's like to be a Front Office Float
As a Front Office Float at Rock Valley Physical Therapy, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing exceptional customer service to our patients. You will greet patients with a friendly smile, check them in, and assist with any necessary paperwork. You will also schedule appointments, answer phone calls, and address patient inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. In addition, you will be responsible for verifying insurance information, collecting co-payments, and maintaining accurate patient records.
