As the newest member of our Front Office team in Waukee, you can expect a rewarding and dynamic work environment. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for greeting and checking in patients, verifying their insurance information, and collecting copayments. You will handle phone calls and inquiries, scheduling appointments, and updating patient records with accuracy and attention to detail. In addition to administrative duties, you will collaborate closely with our therapists to ensure a smooth flow of patient care.
This may involve assisting with patient intake, handling paperwork, and maintaining a clean and organized office space. Your excellent communication skills will be essential as you interact with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
