Field Operations Manager
Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Field Operations/ Compliance Officer manage the day-to-day operations of the Field Operations. Supervise the Case Managers in their operations, supervise the Intake department operations, and supervise the operations of the HR Department. Review reports, and troubleshoot/profile solutions. Discipline the activities in the Field Operations department including Home Health Aides (HHAs'). And any other assignment from the Director of Field Operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited college or university with a minimum of three years experience in a Licensed Home Care Setting. Associate degree with at least 5 years experience in a Home Care company. 10 years of experience in Home Care coordination with a High School Diploma can be substituted for a Bachelor/ Associate degree.
- Computer Literacy
- Excellent writing skills
- Ability to supervise
- Knowledge of Sandata Computer System (a plus but not necessary)
Salary:
· $50,000-$70,000 depending on education and experience
