What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at Rocker Oysterfeller's kitchen + saloon?
Rocker Oysterfeller's kitchen saloon has been serving customers cocktails & a Southern inspired menu in West Sonoma County for 16 years and we're looking to expand our fantastic team.
Responsibilities:
- Giving guests a Warm Welcome!
- Making Classic & Specialty cocktails with scratch ingredients.
- Taking guests food and beverage orders in the bar & bar tables.
- Setting up & closing bar for the next shift according to our opening and closing checklists.
- Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
- Use of POS system for ordering, check presentation & payment processing.
- Developing seasonal cocktail recipes.
Qualifications:
· 2 Years server experience in restaurant with a full bar
· Food Handler’s Safety Permit
· Liquor, Wine & Beverage Knowledge desired.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
