Summary
The Interior Clean Manager effectively communicates with customers and employees to determine type of service necessary and time needed for completion. The Interior Clean Manager is responsible for quality control and output of the interior cleaning department as well as managing all necessary product inventory and equipment needed to perform the required duties.

Job Description
Managing all business aspects when the General Manager is absent from the site and can:
- Oversee compliance of all safety regulations and policies
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Communicate with sales staff regarding interior cleaning services
- Perform vehicle drop-off inspection and document existing damages
- Identify, manage, and order all interior cleaning department products & equipment
- Facilitate and perform all interior cleaning department duties
- Communicate with Customer Service Advisors and IC Crew Members to facilitate auto placement
- Maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards
- Lead, guide, and motivate team members
- Collaborate with the General Manager, conducting required training on processes and operational procedures for all team members
- Provide exceptional customer service experience every time
- Supervise completion of opening and closing procedures
- Oversee cash and security management
- Review processes and procedures for continuous improvement
- Help maintain a safe and organized workspace
- Perform other duties as requested

**In-depth training will be provided to effectively fulfill all responsibilities for this position**
Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have a valid driving license and clean driving record.
- Demonstrate extreme attention to detail
- Ability to analyze written and verbal instructions
- Ability to write, present and respond to customers and staff members in a professional manner
- Ability to manage, train, and support interior cleaning personnel
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
- Lift objects weighing 25-50 pounds
- Safely work with team to lift and maneuver items weighing up to 100 pounds
- Stand, walk, or sit for long periods of time without resting (up to 8 hours)
- Work in areas that require kneeling, crouching, or crawling (minimum)
