Gymnastics Coach

```Job Summary``` We are seeking a passionate and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for teaching and guiding students in the art of gymnastics. Your role will involve creating a safe and supportive environment where students can develop their skills, build confidence, and achieve their goals. ```Responsibilities``` - Plan and deliver gymnastics lessons to students of all ages and skill levels - Teach proper techniques for various gymnastics disciplines, including floor exercises, balance beam, uneven bars, and vault - Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their form and performance - Develop lesson plans that are engaging, challenging, and age-appropriate - Ensure the safety of all students by enforcing proper spotting techniques and maintaining a clean and organized gym area - Motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential in gymnastics - Collaborate with other coaches to coordinate team practices and competitions - Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on student progress ```Requirements``` - Previous experience as a Gymnastics Coach or in a related role - Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques and training methods - Certification in gymnastics coaching is preferred but not required - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline in a group setting - Experience working with children or in childcare is a plus - Knowledge of martial arts, karate, or physical education is beneficial - Lifeguard certification is a plus - Passion for working with students and helping them achieve their goals If you are a dedicated Gymnastics Coach who is enthusiastic about teaching and inspiring young athletes, we would love to hear from you. Pay: $13.71 - $15.02 per hour
