Payroll Manager Job Duties Include
- The Payroll Manager will play an important role to ensure the safeguarding of payroll records; reviews and processes time and attendance records to provide accurate and timely payroll processing bi-weekly and weekly runs
- Ensure that the daily audit and recording of payroll data is completed in an accurate and timely manner
- Manages Payroll Team
- Communicate regularly with other company personnel to ensure all time and attendance records are complete and accurate
- Inform manager of any potential discrepancies or concerns
- Data entry of payroll information into payroll system, when required
- Run payroll reports to assist with the processing of all third-party payments
- Ensure the timely and accurate disbursement and issuance of employee pay
- 3 Years Payroll Manager Experience
- Experience With High Volume Payroll Runs
- Health, Dental, Vision, PTO
