Rocksteady Promotions is looking for ambitious candidates to join our incredible team as a Junior Client Service Associate. As a Junior Client Service Associate, you will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of our top senior customer service and marketing managers. Not only will you have support and guidance through every step of training, but you will also have a marketing database provided as a resource to enhance sales margins. The nature of this role is designed for outgoing, self-motivated candidates who are eager to establish a long-term career and have passion for customer service and sales! As a Junior Client Service Associate, You Will:

• Outreach to potential clients directly to promote our brand, educate consumers on our products, and inform them of service prices that are within their means
• Train directly with our lead sales and client service team to perfect the sales pitch, understand product knowledge, analyze market research between leading competitors, and improve all other client service and sales tactics
• Attend all virtual meetings and in-person conferences regarding our partnered clients’ updated promotions, products, and sale progress to maintain compliance and achieve quarterly client service and sales goals
• Upsell new products and services by identifying what benefits the client's needs and utilize product knowledge to customize the client's promotion deals
• Establish and achieve daily sales goals by resolving the client's concerns and overturning objections

Junior Client Service Associate Skills Preferred: 

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in shared team space 
• Self-driven and motivated to improve interpersonal and sales skills 
• Quick learner and thrives in a fast-paced environment 
• Possess persuasive negotiation skills and confident with public speaking 
• Outgoing, charismatic, positive, and friendly demeanor to our fellow customer service and sales team and potential clients  

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication, or Business preferred 
• 0-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or client relations
