Rocky Mount Treatment Center is an outpatient medicated assisted treatment program offering substance abuse treatment to individuals with a substance use disorder of opiates. The Treatment Center provide a caring and therapeutic environment. Certified substance abuse counselors, licensed nurses, and a physician are on staff to deliver the best of care. The mission of our treatment programs is to provide opportunities for patients to explore change and strengthen themselves so they can lead a healthy and productive life. We are searching for a Program Director dedicated to the mission.
Hours of work: Monday-Friday 5:00am-1:00pm Schedule will be discussed during interview
Qualification requirements: Licensed nurse and/or, Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist and/or Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor. Ability to work independently as well as with the treatment team. Ability to maintain a high level of professional ethics and confidentiality as outlined by Federal Law. CPR/First Aid.
SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Supervises the daily operations of the treatment program. Supervises the productivity of staff and performance for annual evaluation. To attend quarterly State Opioid Authority meetings to stay abreast of changes in the field and State updates and to communicate any findings to the staff, sponsor, and medical director. Responsible for the completion of weekly and monthly reporting. To manage supplies and maintenance of facility. Track the attendance of employees.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOSIBLITIES: Attend and record accurate and thorough notes of all staff meetings, and treatment team meeting. Participates in quality improvement assessments and implementation of strategies as it relates to customer service, best practice standards, and overall clinic operations. Oversees hiring and onboarding process of new employees with Regional Director. Utilizes networking skills to build relationships with other agencies to develop an open communication with referral sources. Function as leader of the nursing staff and oversee management of all staff.
