Rocky Mountain College, a small, private, comprehensive institution grounded in the liberal arts, located in Billings, Montana, is accepting applications for an Assistant Director of Financial Aid.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Compile and analyze data, maintain monthly data reports tracking institutional aid and scholarships;
  • Provide financial aid advising services to prospective and current students, and parents covering all aspects of the financial aid process;
  • Responsible for formulating both individualized correspondence and form letters in response to students' inquiries regarding all aspects of the scholarship and financial aid process;
  • Review the accuracy of financial aid data and verify information with supporting documentation;
  • Assist in coordinating, awarding, and processing of federal, institutional and external student aid programs including grants, scholarships, and loans; and
  • Assist with Direct Loan processing (check and validate accuracy of federal and private loans certification/ processing/ payments).
