Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. This pivotal role involves expanding our client base, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned territory.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations onsite to showcase the features and benefits of our products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions for our clients.
- Perform cold calling to generate leads and expand the client base.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of two years of experience in sales is required.
- Candidates with experience in medical sales will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized, outgoing, and high-energy individual.
- Knowledge of laboratory terminology is a plus.
- Experience with home health or mobile physician groups is preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
Compensation:
- Salary Range: Base salary $55,000 plus bonuses
- Bonus Structure: Account managers are expected to be on track to earn six figures in their first year of employment.

- Monthly allowance for vehicle usage and cell phone.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm
