Job Description
We have a ton of opportunities for growth and career advancement, if this sounds like something you are interested in, then this may be the career for you! On average, technicians with drive and desire, have been promoted and have increased their earning potential to between $60-80k annually, after only 6 months of employment.
Learn and perform a variety of new skills, including equipment set-up, demolition of building materials, pack up and put back the personal property of customers’ homes affected by water or fire damage. *On call rotation required one night a week, and one weekend a month, we are flexible with schedules and promote work life balance.
Qualifications:
- Positive and fun attitude
- Able to perform physical labor and able to lift 75 lbs
- 6 months of restoration work experience required
- Must be able to read and write fluently in English
- Clean driving record required
- Full-Time
- Must be 21 years of age

Responsibilities:
- "Clean Guys" protocol adhered to
- Assist in maximizing the job
- Support the PM in all aspects of the job
- Drive all Technician Playbooks and Outcomes
- Drive Equipment Maximization
- Live the "Clean Guys" Protocol
Compensation for Full-time Employees:
Job Types: Full-time
Pay Rate: $18.00 - $19.00/hour
Pay may depend on skills and/or qualifications
