Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
- Deliver exceptional customer experience to our borrowers via phone calls and email support, with prompt follow up and quality interactions
- Build positive relationships with borrowers as you assist them on a variety of topics including payment history and payoff requests, account charges and payment breakdowns, updates to borrower information, Insurance policy questions and updates, and document requests
- Evaluate received documents to ensure information is complete and accurate, update relevant information in borrower accounts, and maintain account records in both hard and soft copy locations as needed
- Prepare monthly invoices
- Manage insurance inbox daily, requesting corrected documentation and explaining requirements
- Handle all insurance related phone calls in the customer service line
- Manage total loss process by coordinating with borrower and insurance company to obtain payoff and release title
- Process titles to customer, insurance company or new buyer at the end of the month for all paid off loans
Requirements of the Responsibilities of the Customer Service Associate:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and build relationships both internally and externally
- Self-motivated and highly driven to achieve results in a timely manner
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task while maintaining organization and attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills combined with experience collaborating with various internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Etc)
