We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of our hotel facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and appliances to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and tasks to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, resolving issues efficiently and effectively to minimize disruptions.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment maintenance schedules.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and storage spaces.
• Assist with general hotel upkeep, including landscaping, painting, and other tasks as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support hotel operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Uphold safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe working environment for yourself, coworkers, and guests.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $12.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
