We are looking for a Front Desk Agent to serve as our guests’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing efficient and outstanding customer service while managing the reservations process from beginning to end.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of guest check-in/check-out process from start to finish, including ensuring all necessary tickets are collected and approved.Handle all aspects of guest check-in/check-out process including ensuring all necessary tickets are collected and approved.Collect and verify guest preferences, such as, but not limited to, writing requests, and provide information to other staff members regarding guest requests.Ensure that all requested amenities are prepared and offered to the guest prior to their arrival.Respond to any complaints or requests for services or items in accordance with company policies and procedures.Maintain a neat and orderly check-in/check-out area; ensure items are stocked and labeled properly; maintain a clean, attractive, and safe hotel.Assists other staff members as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Skills & QualificationsProven front desk experience working in a hotel setting.Customer service oriented with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Must be able to work independently with little or no supervision.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating good judgement.
