What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auto Body Parts Adviser position at ROEM AUTOMOTIVE?
ROEM Automotive seeks a full time, motivated, Parts Advisor to enhance our shop’s team!
Parts Advisor Duties Include but are not limited to:
1. Order, receive, and bill posting all parts through CCC and other parts sites.
2. Maintain proper storage of parts.
3. Stock shelves/ bins.
4. Assist estimators and technicians with their parts need.
5. Assist with parts inventory management through bin counts and record keeping.
6. Pick-up and delivery of parts.
7. Use a forklift at times needed.
8. Keep department and work area orderly, neat, and clean.
9. Maintain a superior level of teamwork.
10. Other duties as directed by management
Job Requirements:
Parts Advisor Qualifications:
Must be a self-motivated team player. One to two years of prior automotive parts experience is preferred. Must be able to understand types of parts for correct ordering. Must be computer literate. High School Diploma or GED required. Must be available to work a flexible schedule if needed. Must have a valid driver's license.
