Requirements:

• Graduate from a CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program
• Exercise and manual based skills and sports rehabilitation
• Current state of Wisconsin license or license eligible
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic
• A passion for physical therapy and patient care
• Outgoing and energetic personality. Most importantly – you need to have FUN while you work!
• The mindset and determination to emotionally invest and crush all your work goals

Sport and Spine Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy and rehabilitation practice that specializes in orthopedic and sports injuries. Founded in 1988, our excellence in treatment and communication with physicians has allowed us to grow into the seven locations we have today.
