Roessel Joy has partnered with a well-known environmental services company seeking to hire an AR Specialist to join their team ASAP! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of accounts receivable experience and excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities:
- Generate weekly billing invoices/statements as necessary based on customer requirements
- Work with accounts managers and branches for problem resolutions
- Respond to customer phone calls regarding Accounts Receivable concerns and inquiries
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Ability to use multiple ERP platforms
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or related field, required.
- Excellent Organization and Time Management abilities
- Superb written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles
