Roessel Joy is partnering with a Boston Non-Profit to add a Contract Billing Specialist to their growing team! The person in this seat will work directly with the Director of Contract Accounting and Compliance and submit monthly grant statements. We're looking for a candidate with non-profit industry experience who is backed by a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. If this sounds like you, apply now!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform monthly billing for government contracts
  • Manage subcontracts
  • Support Program Directors on contract issues
  • Process monthly accounting for third party medical billing activity
  • Other duties as needed​


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience creating financial statements
  • Strong Excel experience
  • Non-profit industry experience preferred
