Responsibilities:
  • Update and maintain process documentation
  • Perform walkthroughs to validate existing documentation
  • Test internal controls to ensure SOZ compliance
  • Maintain and update all aspects of internal reporting system
  • Lead internal and external audits




Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Strong Excel skills
  • 4 years of GAAP experience
  • 1 year(s) in a SOX compliance related position
