Roessel Joy has
partnered with a globally recognized law firm in Boston, MA, that is seeking a Treasury
Analyst to join their team. Ideally, the candidate would be someone with 3 years’
experience as a Treasury Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to join a

Responsibilities
- Handle highly
confidential information with complete discretion
- Manage and
monitor all trust reserve balances; coordinates with the appropriate biller or
collector to ensure timely client refunds or application of funds.
- Prepares daily
bank account reconciliations and ensures compliance
- Work directly
with the Accounting Team and Firm Auditors by providing all necessary back-up
information regarding client funds, trust reserves and international cash
receipts for the on-going/annual Audit Review Process
- Responsible for
driving process improvements for more efficient cash management.
- Develop and
implement strategy for bank platform management
Qualifications
- 3 years of Treasury Analyst experience
or relevant experience
- Associates Degree, or equivalent. Bachelor's
Degree preferred
- 2-3 years of related financial
experience in a professional service organization; law firm experience
preferred
- Good organizational, interpersonal and
communication skills and ability to work with all levels of personnel within
the firm in time sensitive and demanding situations
- Ability to work well under pressure
with time sensitive deadlines
- Knowledge of
bank platforms a plus
