Rogers Group is currently seeking an individual to fill a position for Administrative Coordinator/Office Manager at our Indiana SMA Office located in Bloomington, IN. The successful candidate for this role will provide administrative and operational support for the area.

Duties

  • Review and maintain existing and new royalty agreements ensuring area compliance and timely processing.
  • Communicate with Project Managers to gather information necessary from the field to closeout area projects.
  • Receive and Process farm lease and rent checks monthly, maintain cost records for each location for annual partner payment.
  • Accounts Payable Entry including, but not limited to: Royalty Payments, Area Donations, Accounting Adjustments, Cost Distributions.
  • Facilities Point Person ensuring compliance with safety equipment and elevator.
  • Liaison with Corporate Office in Nashville, Partner office in Bloomington.
  • Office Purchasing and Facilities Management.
  • Equipment Licensing & Titling for New Equipment and Fleet Trucks.
  • Coordinate with Management to schedule events onsite as well as offsite.
  • Administrative oversight of the day-to-day reporting and record keeping complying with Company Standards.
  • Occasional Remote Scale operations for Field Sites as requested.
  • Weekly Payroll Processing as requested.
  • Other administrative assignments as requested by the Area or Division Controller.

Qualifications

  • Detailed Oriented Self-Starter with strong problem-solving skills and a high degree of accuracy possessing the ability to multi-task.
  • High School diploma/GED required.
  • Previous Office management or Accounting Administration is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills.
