RCH is expanding our Behavioral Health department, and we have an employment opportunity for a Behavioral Health Clinical Quality Monitor. The Clinical Quality Monitor will contribute to developing and implementing behavioral health workflows, QI projects, and training based on corresponding policies, ethical guidelines, and OARs. Our ideal candidate for this position will be able to facilitate the ongoing assessment and maintenance of Behavioral Health’s training and associated curriculum. Must evidence the ability to understand and integrate rules, regulations, accreditation standards, and contractual obligations into everyday behavioral health practices.

Benefits Include:
EDUCATION: Master’s degree in clinical mental health field is required. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, Ph.D. required.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum three years’ experience in health system management, five years working in a health care environment. Experience in a FQHC preferred.
Required to complete a criminal background check, and pre-employment drug screen once a conditional offer is accepted.
