REQUIREMENTS

You usually work 8 - 10 hours per day, five days a week with some flexibility as needed. Here are the minimum criteria:

• Experience with or knowledge about sales, marketing, business, and customer satisfaction practices
• Ability to learn about plumbing, ductwork, and HVAC products and systems as well as load calculations and solution troubleshooting
• Ability to use an iPad and give presentations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer service skills and ability to build a rapport

YOUR DAY

As an HVAC and Plumbing Sales Rep, you attend pre-scheduled appointments to meet with potential customers and demonstrate how our products and services can elevate their home comfort. You communicate with prospects about their current systems, and you inspect them to diagnose any issues. Using your strong problem-solving skills, you figure out which of our products would be a better fit and you write up a job proposal. You do what you can to convince the prospect to choose us, reveling in the satisfaction of every successful deal!
