Responsibilities:

- Understand standards of property management including Fair Housing laws, Tenant/Landlord rights, and general real estate principles.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service during each encounter with residents, prospects, vendors, officials, and community members.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing machinery, equipment, or systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and determine the best course of action for repair
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to ensure proper functioning of equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests from various departments in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Supervise and train junior maintenance staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and perform their duties effectively
Experience:
- Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues and develop effective solutions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and train junior staff members
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
