A national restoration company wants to hire YOU as a full-time National Restoration Technician.
Role Overview As a National Restoration Technician, you'll travel across the United States to fix damaged buildings, responding to emergencies like broken pipes or major storms to restore the lives of our customers.

Experience and Training
- Previous experience with moisture mapping preferred.
- IIRC certifications are a plus but not required.
- Training and development will be provided.
Brief Description The National Restoration Supervisor is a first responder for emergency fire and water property loss situations. They understand, organize, and direct on-site activities to ensure tasks are completed within scope, budget, and schedule. This on-call position reports to the Project Manager.
Compensation

Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficiency and progress of day-to-day field operations.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to execute the scope of work and schedule.
- Assist with daily planning and activities on-site.
- Conduct safety toolbox talks and ensure compliance with safety policies.
- Ensure crews have necessary equipment and materials.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Ensure safety and protection of building occupants and workers.
- Inspect work progress and verify completion.
- Document daily activities, moisture logs, communications, and equipment.
- Provide prompt solutions to project changes or issues.
- Communicate clearly with Project Manager, Project Director, and customers.
- Deliver high levels of customer service.
- Adhere to all company best practices, safety, and legal requirements.
- Report job site accidents to the Safety Consultant, Project Manager, and Human Resources.
Supervisory Responsibility Supervise National Restoration Technicians and subcontractors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1 year of restoration industry experience (water, fire, mold) preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work professionally with people and motivate high productivity.
- Flexible schedule for project delays or changes.
- Strong leadership qualities and ability to execute quality control/assurance.
- Valid driver's license; CDL a plus.
- Available for nationwide travel and catastrophic events.
- Pass national criminal background check and motor vehicle report check.
- Pass pre-employment drug screening.
Education High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Travel Nationwide travel required (100% of the time).
Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Work environment varies from quiet to loud.
- Regularly lift and/or move 25-50 pounds.
- Stand, walk, handle material, reach, talk, and hear regularly.
