MULTI-FAMILY/ COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERS -
A National Commercial Restoration Company is looking for EXPERIENCED CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGERS/SUPERINTENDENTS to join their RECONSTRUCTION team. The ideal candidate will have a clean record and be looking for a LONG TERM Growth Opportunity!
This is a Direct Hire role with Upward Growth opportunities!

What you Offer:
- Clean Motor vehicle (< 6 points in last year)
- 5 Years experience as a Superintendent or Project manager with MULTI-FAMILY or COMMERCIAL projects
- Experience with $5Mil commercial, state, university, or federal projects
- Multi-unit and multi-tenant experience is a plus
- Rebuild and ground-up experience
- Strong business ethics and communication skills
- NO Restoration Certifications or Experience necessary- But would be a PLUS
- Willingness to travel Nationally 100% for work (return home every 3 weeks)
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
Education: Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field OR 7 years experience full-time PM
