**Job Title: Electrical Controls Designer
- **Position Type:** Full-time, exempt
- **Pay Range:** $35-$45

This role is responsible for designing, revising, programming, and troubleshooting machine control systems for our current equipment line and new innovations, including robotics.
This position works directly with the design team and the shop, providing guidance and backup to field technicians, going on installations and service calls when required, and troubleshooting with customers via phone.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Proficient with Rockwell Automation Software- both RSLogix 5000 and FactoryTalk Studio
- Advanced with AutoCAD electrical software-.
- Frequently talking to customers in current role.
- Willing to travel 20% of the time- domestically.
- Experience both programming and designing.
- Ideally 5 years programming and designing.
- Comp $35-$45/hr.
**Qualifications:**
- 3 years or more of Electrical, Electronics or Automation Engineering (or similar) professional experience
- Experience in designing automation control cabinets and constructing cable assemblies
- Experience with electrical schematic capture tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot control system and sensor-related issues
