Currently seeking a motivated leader to be the Senior Level GENERAL SUPERINTENDENT of our Commercial Mechanical division. * PIPING, PLUMBING & HVAC *
MUST BE LOCAL TO THE PHOENIX, AZ AREA OR WILLING TO RELOCATE.

Qualities you possess that qualify you for this roles:
- 5 years Superintendent experience in the industry. (commercial and industrial plumbing, mechanical, process and HVAC contracting)
- Strong mechanical and plumbing skillset with emphasis on quality, safety, productivity.
- Experience specific to Piping, Plumbing, and HVAC is a MUST.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing Superintendents
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with key staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Independent decision making.
- Develop approach for projects.
- Schedule all daily and weekly scope of work activities.
- Monitor process, performance and quality of work.
- Keep proper and complete documentation of project.
- Provide training, mentoring, coaching and leadership to field personnel.
