Position Overview
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is an integral part of community is responsible to ensure that regulatory compliance is met, especially in medication administration, resident care and documentation in the medical record. In addition, the LPN may identify and/or provide training for regulatory and state compliance, documentation, resident care, medication administration, staff training and oversight. The LPN reports to the Director.
- Recent experience in healthcare, preferably in assisted living, memory care, or long-term care
The Licensed Practical Nurse will hold a valid LPN License.
