Primary essential duties and responsibilities:
Maintain and make general repairs to the plumbing fixtures, furniture, woodwork, electrical system, appliances, elevators, ventilation system and building structure of the Club
Maintain the Club's pool facility including the filtration system
Maintain the Club's residences
Conduct plumbing repairs such as leaking pipes and faucets, and clogged drains
Perform various duties involving painting, plumbing, carpentry and electric work
Maintain the air conditioning, refrigerators and ice makers
Keep the workshop areas safe, clean and organized
Respond to emergencies at any time
Run errands that include transports, deliveries and postal mailings
Perform other duties as needed
Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Physical requirements include lifting, carrying, bending, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, cleaning, climbing and walking
Must be able to work in various temperatures
Must be able to speak, write and hear effectively
Must have valid drivers license
