LiftSystem Integrated Program Schedule Analyst

As a LiftSystem Integrated Program Schedule Analyst with Rolls-Royce you will support the LiftSystem Integrated Master Scheduler with schedule integration and analysis. Your output will be required to meet contractual standards and you will support the Corporate Account Managers and the Project Management Office in preparing for Integrated Baseline Reviews.

Key Accountabilities:
- Performing integration of schedules and completing Critical Path Analyses (CPAs) to meet delivery of monthly program customer deliverables.
- Performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) to support delivery of program customer deliverables.
- Tracking and maintaining of schedule metrics monthly.
- Supporting the Control Account Managers (CAMs) with schedule maintenance and generation of new schedules are required.
- Assisting with presentations of schedule data for internal and external monthly program reviews.
- Reviewing and improving the quality of CAM schedule deliverables through the guidance and implementation of the Management Control System (MCS) and the Planning and Scheduling Guidelines (PASEG) furnished by the NDIA.

Basic Requirements:
- Associates degree and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a business or project management role, OR
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a business or project management role, OR
- Master’s degree
- Knowledge and application of project management principles
- In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be a US Citizen
Preferred Requirements:
- Proficient data analysis and reporting experience
- Ability to develop and manage relationships at all levels of the organization, including with external stakeholders
- Experience and knowledge with both Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
