JOB BRIEF

We are looking to expand our Romance Diamond Company team. We are actively searching for an exceptional candidate that can take on all sales responsibilities from providing appropriate product solutions for our customers to nurturing them through the purchase flow from start to finish. Our ideal candidate will uphold the ideals and standards of our company and will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

● Provide exceptional customer service by providing expertise and advice on jewelry selection and care.

● Knowledge of proper handling of jewelry (diamonds, pearls, precious and semi-precious stones, precious metals)

● Manage inventory by accurately tracking sales and restocking merchandise.

● Achieve daily and monthly sales goals, credit applications, and Brand sales goals

● Collaborate the design team to create new pieces and maintain current inventory.

● Stay up to date with industry trends and share knowledge with team members.

● Handle administrative duties such as processing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and managing orders and shipments.

● Ensure all jewelry is displayed properly and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional events and campaigns.

● Excellent communication and customer service skills

● Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues

● Attention to detail and organizational skills

● Flexibility in schedule, including evenings and weekends

● Knowledge of point-of-sale software and inventory management systems
