Job Summary:

The Romanoff Service Technician team is factory trained and certified on the specific technologies we support. They are guided and supported by our Service Manager. Our technical team receives constant training on all aspects of the fast moving 3D printing and Induction Melting technologies we offer.

The position requires solid technical skills, as it requires a good understanding and troubleshooting of 3D printers and other related technologies, while balancing communication and networking skills, needed for the strong component of customer experience.

Salary compensation commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities:

· Provide professional and polite advice through emails, phone and onsite support regarding technical problems and establishing positive customer relationships

· Excellent technical follow up

· Adhere to shop policy and procedures

· Consult with customers, as appropriate

· Help to maintain shop equipment and tooling

Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $62,500.00 per year
