What are the responsibilities and job description for the Nursing Supervisor (Days) position at Rome Memorial Hospital?
Rome Health is currently seeking a full-time Nursing Supervisor to lead our team in delivering high-quality, compassionate care.
The Nursing Supervisor coordinates and supervises the delivery of patient care to ensure that high-quality patient care is delivered in an efficient and effective manner, in accordance with standards developed by the State Nurse Practice Act, Code of Ethics for Nurses, ANA Standards of Care and the philosophy, policies, and procedures of Rome Health.
Qualified candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred. BLS/ACLS is required.
A minimum of 3 years of progressive hospital nursing experience in acute care with experience in leadership preferred.
