Certified ECE Teacher

When you join our team you will: Implement a curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child. Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn. Partner and communicate with parents, with a shared desire to provide the best care and education for their children. Support the center's success; partner with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement. Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, state licensing authorities, community contacts and corporate partners.

Responsibilities include: planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintaining a neat and attractive classroom environment, family communication, assessing children's progress, ensuring the EEC regulations are consistently met.

• A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day.
• Ability to build relationships with families and coworkers and create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and manage multiple situations effectively
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience working in a team teaching setting while helping/engaging to design developmentally appropriate curriculum for Preschool children
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds if needed
• Be able to move quickly to facilitate a busy classroom
• CPR and/or First Aid certified (preferred)
• Able to be flexible with work hours and be a team player
• 1 years of Early Childhood Education Experience
• Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
• Ability to speak, read, and write English.
• EEC Teacher Certification required
• Degree in ECE or related field preferred.
