• Manage all aspects of dealership accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor dealership performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
• Coordinate with department managers to analyze departmental expenses and optimize profitability
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing arrangements
• Lead and mentor accounting staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with external auditors, tax professionals, and regulatory agencies as needed

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience as a Controller or Office Manager in an automotive dealership required
• Thorough understanding of dealership accounting principles, practices, and regulations
• Proficiency in dealership management systems (DMS) and accounting software (e.g., Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
• Leadership experience with a proven track record of building and developing high-performing teams

• Commitment to integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all aspects of the role
  Valid driver's license and good driving record
