What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dispatcher/Load Planner position at Ron's Oil Company?
We are currently hiring a Dispatcher to maintain fuel inventory on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a dispatcher, you will be prioritizing fuel loads for each driver and assigning route schedules for each day. The ideal candidate for this position demonstrates effective task management, organization, and attention to detail. Experience is a plus, but not necessary as we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Opening duties of the office and front fueling station.
- Reconciling current inventory and maintaining accurate calculations day to day.
- Manage, sort, and organize load records.
- Maintain supply inventory for all locations and coordinate delivery with drivers.
- create orders with suppliers when stock becomes low.
Requirements
- High school diploma/Equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
